Much better performance all round against probably a better Leyton County team than last week. The 7ths started strongly with good passing and movement from the start. Ben Davidson got 2 in the first half, starting up front he worked hard pressing defenders and took his goals well. He was denied his hat-trick though after the 7ths best move ended with Callum Fitzgibbon lofting a ball in which Ben guided in with his head however the referee judged it to be offside. Callum added a third before half-time after good movement and a tidy finish from the right. In the second half the 7ths didn't stop the pressure and added 4 more. Elliott Joseph scored the 4th direct from a corner, George Maskell got a deserved goal for quality performance slotting home a loose ball in the box, Kemston Allen got his 2nd goal of the season after a great ball into the box which he controlled and finished well and finally Harry Sach got the 7th after being put through 1 on 1 with the keeper. He was a little lucky trying the round him but managed to finish it off. The match finished 7.0 but could of been a lot more, Callum & Ben had disallowed goals for offside which didn't look it and Elliot and Ciaran both had strikes from outside the box coming off the under side of the crossbar. There was a few that could of got Man of the Match but this week its given to Ben Davidson & George Maskell. Ben took his goals well and was unlucky to not get more, he also assisted 2 in a quality performance. George Maskell playing a CM had a great performance too, he went from box to box and did a lot of dirty work tracking back, even on the 90th minute and 7.0 up he was sprinting back to deny Leyton from getting any shot away. Well done everyone lets carry this on to next week in the LOB cup.
