Superb display from team

For a squad that had not played pre season together we played like a team that had been together for years. Everyone on the pitch controlled the ball well and passing was precise to feet. We rarely had to resort to a long ball as players made themselves available for the easy pass. In the second half we must have had 65% or more of the possession and could have scored many more goals hitting the post and not putting away the one on ones against their keeper. Really pleased with our display and the midfield dominance. Bring on next week.
