Guest match report from the Pitbull: After last weeks defeat we knew we had to change. Maybe the best thing to do after such a hurtful defeat was to play again to get it out of our system, Well that was the idea! We started slow but played some good football, Something we failed to do last week. We had Shaf taking one for the team and showing real heart coming back on. Being honest none of us played at our best, I still think we were hurting from last week. One thing u cannot do is back a wounded animal into a corner.. for then he strikes.. wounded yes and one nil down with about 4 min left.. Then like the god of thunder Thor captain Jack strikes with a great header from a corner, Even he knows he has been lacking in goals recently but what a game to get us back on track and may it continue! Then in last min cue the celebrations.. Charlie hitting bar and Zach following up like every forward should do! for Old Aloysians it was like gone in 60 seconds! AT the start of the season we all embarked on a journey, A journey that would lead us accross all of middle earth. This journey we all knew would be full of ups and downs, Victories and defeats. In life and tasks that we have in our lives it is common knowledge that we may not suceed at all, We may fail. We may fall over, What makes us stronger is the way that we pick ourselves up and carry on. Next week bring on Mill Hill because gentlemen our season is far from over! Wont lie we need heart and guile, WE need encouragement and belief! The league is still there to be won! COYP!
