Slugged it out !!

Today's game didn't go as planned, we started slow and conceded early on. Jack & Adam fondly known as the chuckle brothers put in a mother of all shifts in the middle of the park today. Snatching a great equalizer from captain Jack minutes later smacking the ball into the roof of the net. Minutes later we were behind again with a sloppy goal. Adam going all out in his performance today was determined to win everything, chasing down players and balls earn't his reward with his first goal for the old parms with a bit of luck we could say. Goaly to the rescue for the away side pulling off some good saves including a penalty (Tom get the drinks in). Half time team talk was short and sweet we knew what we had to do. We never really got into the game for any length of time. We kept battling it out and went in the lead for the first time Barry Gooding claiming his second with a rocket header and man of the match. It had been a tough week for our young Charlie Heath but keeping his focus and head in the game he rounded up the final 3 goals his second hatrick in 2 weeks (7 in total), slotting 2 past the keeper from open play and one from the penalty spot. Shout out to some of the lads who impressed today that haven't been mentioned in not quite so good performance as a team Cai dolan working hard all game til an injury, Aaron Spencer making a much improved performance keep it up, Luke Mathewson making a home debut this season with a disciplined performance today. Ben Davies solid !!
