A failure to convert our chances has been Old Parms' problem in the last two games. For 75 minutes we dominated the game, with Daniel Sibley in goal never troubled. The team is starting to get to grips with the new formation and we are dangerous when we have the ball. Old Parms had a lot of possession in the first half and snuffed out nearly all of Hospital Boys' attacks. However we lacked a cutting edge when creating and taking chances and went in at half time 0-0. The second half saw a significant improvement in the intensity and tempo of Old Parms' play, which led to a lot of chances in the first 20 minutes of the half. Rob Humpage had a good game but failed to convert two great chances, along with chances for Cris Dulca and Arnaud Salla. It was an unlikely penalty that brought the break-through. Arnaud Salla stepped up and slotted comfortably home. However, Old Parms lost their shape and intensity, allowing Hospital Boys to counter in the last 15 minutes of the game. It was a scrappy goal that drew Hospital Boys level with 10 minutes to go. Old Parms went for it and created a number of chances in the last 10 miuntes, with Bradley Fitzpatrick, Ricky Speed and Ugo Egenamba all going close with headers from corners. The referee blew the final whistle and it was a lesson for Old Parms: Take your chances. However, one team in the league will get a drubbing from Old Parms. A good 75 minutes needs to be turned into a great 90 minutes from this team with lots of potential.
