A fine determined performance

If you have seen the film 1917 then you will know what we were up against. The pitch was a bog and a lot of players were sliding around notably Josh and Carey. We started well and scored early with Josh scoring an excellent goal. Then it was there turn to attack our lines and scored two goals. But we never gave in and scored an equaliser near the end. Curvon jumping like a salmon from the water to score with a header from a superb Josh cross. It was a fine performance from our team and they all deserve medals for their fighting spirit.
