Struggling without a regular keeper

Not having a regular keeper killed us this week. They had four shots on target in the first half and scored from all of them. I'm not blaming the volunteer keeper here you understand but I blaming myself for not finding us a keeper. At this club its a big problem to find a goalkeeper you can rely on and those teams that are doing well have a regular keeper week in week out. End of. Otherwise we played well and had good spells of possession. Two goals were also offside because we didn't have enough subs to run the line because of injuries and the ref was not on it. He gave offside against us because a player not interfering with play was offside but the player running on to the ball was onside.... madness and he said he was correct in giving offside against us probably because oppo put the flag up and he reacted and blew!!!!! Peter had an outstanding match in midfield and is MOTM. Lica gets a shout for volunteering to go in goal, thanks.
