blitzed them like the battle of Britain

well this sure did not reflect the domination. On a baking hot day we were given time and space to play out from the back, those not attending training found it difficult as they looked for the quick ball. we eventually took our time and built up over several scares and errors. When we wanted to go at them the opposition were left open like a lady at string fellows night club. Like Glastonbury we played the stage but perhaps were too relaxed with a lack of real movement and a terrible glut of missed chances. I mean we missed more chances than Jordan the Page 3 model has had boyfriends we missed more opportunistic runs than Ian Botham at the Ashes. But in saying all this we played great and got the passes and moves and gentle build ups just right. As ever we were resolute at the back and a joy to see battling, still not enough headers being won though
