Match Report

Saturday 20th July

good things come to those who wait

Well shock of shocks the 10th looked great and truly pinned us back which led to an early goal. I was worried as out wide and through the midfield they seemed to have the beating of us. It too really 30 mins for us to start passing the ball like a decent team and finding gaps. Our strength and creativity in midfield wrestled the game from them and then chances were created at will. We scored 2 in the 1st half setting us up for a real volley of goals in the 2nd half. Well the second half started off well for the 10ths but fitness betrayed them and we wore them down as goal after goal started to go in. They scored and fought back near the end but i think our formation of 4, 3, 3 left them with attacks from all angles. The 10s were strong of that i am certain but with 10 players missing i thing the new 6ths did as expected
